Island Transit Go! 4.3.9

General Riders:

• Island Transit GO! Fare Free On-Demand Service allows users to request rides easily using the app, website, or by phone, reaching marked stop locations within the service area.
• Offering flexible trip management and convenient details, this service is simple to use, allowing bookings for same-day service, appointments two weeks in advance, the day before, or for recurring journeys.
• Riders needing same-day service must provide a minimum of two hours' notice for pick-up (last booking at 4 pm for same-day service) with operations available from 8 am to 6 pm.

Paratransit:

• Availing the Island Transit GO! Fare Free On-Demand Service for Paratransit users offers flexibility in trip management and easy booking for various appointment types.
• For same-day services, riders are required to notify at least two hours before pick-up (last reservation at 4 pm for the same day), operating within 8 am to 6 pm hours.
• It is recommended that Paratransit riders schedule the day before due to limited availability; same-day service is not guaranteed.

Please note that prior approval through an application process is necessary to access this service for all riders. Paratransit users can arrange drop-offs and pick-ups beyond Zone 3 parameters.

NASWI:

• The Island Transit GO! Fare Free On-Demand Service for NAS Whidbey Island provides transportation options catered to Navy personnel's needs, offering flexibility and convenience.
• Operating hours are from 5 am to 8 am and 3 pm to 6 pm exclusively for base personnel with mandatory DOD clearance and ID.
• Drop-offs and pick-ups are restricted to designated locations on the map in NASWI Ault Field only.
